Who’s this?

Of course this blog was intended, but it ain’t easy to come up with a good blog name that doesn’t exist already. Thanks to my brother for coming up with this one. It’s a bit badass, isn’t it? I’m a rebel you know. A real one. (Ahum.)

You came to this page to find out if I’m interesting enough to follow or read, isn’t it? Well, I’d say I’m worth a try. On this blog, there are no limits. I’ve had a period of writing short stories, I write about dance and music and just everything I want to talk about. So far for the content of my blog. The best way to find out if it’s any good, is by reading it.

Perhaps you want to know more about me. I’m a Belgian girl, with red eyes. I like to make friends, whether it’s in real life or on the Internet. If I like something, or if something is going on in my life, I have a hard time not talking about it. Ballet, music and some other things are my all time passions.
But hell, if you’re looking for me, you should read this blog. It probably says more about me than this page!

Fanmail, questions, suggestions, whining, …, send it to noblogintended@hotmail.com.

PS 1: The banner up above is  made by The Indecisive Eejit. I’m eternally grateful!

PS 2: One of my best blog friends is Michael Cargill, who is very funny and creative. Here you can find his books for free. If you like me, you’ll like him for sure! His stories are great, so don’t hesitate to check them out (and his blog too).

  3. I read that a bit quickly and somehow, in my brain, said ‘former Belgian girl’. You are still Belgian, right? I want to go to Belgium. Is it true that in Antwerp there is a restaurant that serves just cheese and gin? Cos if there is, I’m THERE.

    Reply
    • Is there? God, I HAVE to find that place. Let me know if you ever go to Antwerp and take me with you to that restaurant!
And yes, I’m still Belgian :).

I just missed seeing your country while I did a quickie European tour in school. We visited Germany, Luxembourg, and France, but not Belgium. Unfortunately. All of the red eyes may have been unnerving, though I would have enjoyed waffles and word jugglers. I could probably see you from Luxembourg though from the tour bus window. We have larger cities in my state of Texas than that entire country.

Well, it’s a pity you came so close without visiting something here… However small we are, we do have a few very nice historic cities, and Antwerp is a great place for shopping. Next to that we have very unique French frites ‘restaurants’ (frites are the best), the ultimate chocolate and so many different beers I don’t even dare to count them.

Plus: name a country as small and cute as ours ;). (I start to sound as if I want everyone to spend all their money on a trip to Belgium… Maybe you’d be so disappointed…!)

  14. Just leaving you a message because Michael Cargill contacted me for a book review and he mentioned your blog and that you also live in Belgium just like me (I could talk Flemish to you but then other people would probably be confused…)
So, yeah, hi and nice to meet you. I love connecting with other bloggers from Belgium!

    Have a great week!

      • I’m going to read Saying Goodbye to Warsaw once it arrived. He ordered it today from Amazon for me. It’s not my usual genre but it sounds like a good read. 🙂

      • I’m reading it now! Though I haven’t had the time for a few days because I’m so busy… I could relate a whole lot to Abigail, so that’s cool :).
I liked his three short stories a whole lot as well. Different from what you usually get.
        Have fun reading! 🙂

All is fine here, I’ve just been very busy with school and life in general – but in a good way! How are you? How’s life?

      • Living the dream! As long as the dream includes getting laid off, finding a not so good replacement job but at least getting to ride my motorcycle to work when the weather cooperates, and other assorted problems.

What part of the world are you in these days?

      • Oh dear, what a life! But the motorcycle part sounds very good. Keep that up! 😉
I’m currently in my very own country, but soon I am leaving for Latin America 😀
